CANCELLATION POLICY - I understand that sometimes things come up and the following cancellation policy will apply:
Appointments cancelled between 12 to 72 hours of the planned engagement will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Appointments cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 75% cancellation fee.
